PM Matru Vandana Yojana 2024: પ્રધાનમંત્રી માતૃત્વ વંદના યોજના (PMMVY) એ ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા એક મુખ્ય પહેલ છે, જે સગર્ભા સ્ત્રીઓમાં ગરીબી અને ભૂખને દૂર કરવા માટે રચાયેલ છે. આ યોજના પ્રથમ બાળક માટે ₹5,000 અને બીજા બાળક માટે ₹6,000 ની નાણાકીય સહાય સીધી મહિલાના બેંક ખાતામાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરે છે.

પીએમ માતૃ વંદના યોજના 2024 શું છે?

PM માતૃ વંદના યોજના માત્ર નાણાંકીય સહાય પૂરી પાડે છે એટલું જ નહીં પરંતુ એક આંગણવાડી કાર્યકર ને મહિલાઓને તેમની સગર્ભાવસ્થા દરમિયાન માર્ગદર્શન આપવા, સુરક્ષિત ડિલિવરી અને તંદુરસ્ત બાળક ની ખાતરી કરવા માટે પણ સોંપે છે. આ યોજનામાં સરકારી હોસ્પિટલોમાં મફત વિતરણ સેવાઓ પણ આવરી લેવામાં આવી છે. વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદી દ્વારા 2017 માં શરૂ કરાયેલ, આ યોજના ભારતના તમામ રાજ્યોને લાભ આપે છે અને તે મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ વિભાગના કાર્યક્ષેત્ર હેઠળ આવે છે. તેનો પ્રાથમિક ધ્યેય સગર્ભા અને સ્તનપાન કરાવતી મહિલાઓને કુલ ₹11,000 ની રકમ સાથે નાણાકીય સહાય ઓફર કરવાનો છે.

PMMVY સગર્ભા સ્ત્રીઓ અને નવજાત શિશુઓ માટે આરોગ્યસંભાળ સેવાઓ સુધારવા ને પ્રાથમિકતા આપે છે. તે આવશ્યક આરોગ્ય સંભાળ માટે નાણાકીય સહાય પૂરી પાડીને, નિયમિત ચેકઅપ ને પ્રોત્સાહન આપીને અને ગર્ભાવસ્થા પછી ની સહાય ઓફર કરીને આ હાંસલ કરે છે. આ યોજના નો અંતિમ ઉદ્દેશ્ય ગરીબી સંબંધિત મૃત્યુદર ઘટાડવા નો અને તમામ સગર્ભા સ્ત્રીઓ અને તેમના બાળકો માટે ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત આરોગ્યસંભાળ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાનો છે.

પીએમ માતૃ વંદના યોજના હેઠળ નાણાકીય સહાય:

નાણાકીય સહાય બે તબક્કામાં આપવામાં આવે છે. પ્રથમ બાળક માટે, મહિલાઓને નોંધણી અને તેમની પ્રથમ ડૉક્ટરની મુલાકાત પર ₹3,000 મળે છે, ત્યારબાદ ડિલિવરી અને પ્રથમ રસીકરણ પછી ₹2,000 મળે છે. બીજા બાળક ના કિસ્સામાં, જો તે છોકરી હોય, તો વધારાના ₹6,000 સીધા માતાના બેંક ખાતામાં જમા કરવામાં આવે છે.

યોગ્યતા ના માપદંડ:

પીએમ માતૃ વંદના યોજના માટે લાયક બનવા માટે, અરજદાર ભારતનો નાગરિક હોવો જોઈએ, ઓછામાં ઓછો 19 વર્ષનો હોવો જોઈએ અને તે ગર્ભવતી અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતો હોવો જોઈએ. આંગણવાડી કાર્યકરો, મદદનીશો અને આશાઓ પણ પાત્ર છે. મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે કે, અરજદારો પાસે બેંક એકાઉન્ટ અને આધાર કાર્ડ લિંક્ડ હોવું જરૂરી છે.

પીએમ માતૃ વંદના યોજના ના લાભો:

આ યોજના ગુજરાતમાં ગર્ભવતી અને સ્તનપાન કરાવતી મહિલાઓને અસંખ્ય લાભો આપે છે. આમાં નાણાકીય સહાય, આરોગ્યસંભાળ સેવાઓમાં સુધારેલી પહોંચ, જાગૃતિ અને કુટુંબ નિયોજન પહેલ દ્વારા વસ્તી વ્યવસ્થાપન, સગર્ભા સ્ત્રીઓ માટે શિક્ષણને પ્રોત્સાહન અને નાણાકીય સ્વતંત્રતા દ્વારા તેમના સશક્તિકરણ નો સમાવેશ થાય છે.
